The fishing boats rest peacefully in the still morning water of the Siuslaw River at Old Town Florence, Oregon. The fishing trade was once a thriving industry but is now made up of a few hardy men and women that feel it is worth the effort. Old Town now depends on the tourist to maintain the charm and economy of a time gone by.
