Spirit of the Suffragettes
consists of porcelain doll parts & drift wood pieces, wire to hold together.
Wings and boobs are old kitchen thingies, she carries a tiny pan, dead
chicken, old baby spoon, and an early plastic betty crocker butter brush.
A small child (See Insert) (also made of porcelain doll parts and driftwood
bits) clings to her apron strings (made out of old coco tin). Her crown
is constructed out of a canning jar lid, a metal tuffy and toy clothes
pins. The round sign on her base says "THE SPIRIT OF THE SUFFRAGETTES
- VOTE." Her Coco tin apron says "WHAT WAS I THINKING AND WHERE'S THE
KEYS TO THAT DANG HARLEY." She is offered at $345.
