Helping Hands for the Arts, Inc. ~ Mission Statement

Helping Hands for the Arts, Inc. is a registered not-for-profit corporation dedicated to bringing art education to children and adults. We supply teachers and art materials and travel to the public in the state of Oregon. Currently we offer oil painting for beginning children, adults and seniors. Private lessons and public events can also be scheduled.

Helping Hands has scholarships for those who need assistance in paying for workshops.

Weldon Oliver moves Helping Hands to Bend Oregon

"My thanks to all who have hosted me and Helping Hands on the beautiful Oregon coast for these last years."

All classes offered on the Oregon coast have ended, except for a possible workshop in Florence now and then.

Weldon is currently looking for interested schools, parents, and various organizations of parties here in the Bend, Redmond, and Sisters area.

Florence Area

• Stay tuned for an occasional workshop to be held in Florence, Oregon.

• I plan to be in Florence on Sat. Dec 17th, at the Brown Dog Antiques teaching a class from 10:30am through afternoon. We will only take a short break for lunch so bring your own snacks. We plan to be done around 4:00 to get us home before dark. This class will be the last one before next year. As usual, class price is $45 with everything supplied. See you there.
